June 8, 2025. Apartment complex hallway, 2:11 a.m. Cops get called for a “man screaming and banging on doors.” They roll up to find this absolute champion, shirt half-on, eyes spinning like slot machines, holding a half-empty White Claw like it’s a microphone.
Bodycam starts rolling just as officers breach the corner with rifles up. Drunk dude spots them, throws his hands up… and instead of freezing, decides this is his moment to shine. He takes the deepest breath known to mankind and attempts to recite the Miranda rights… completely backwards and 100 % improvised.
“You guys turn corner and get him… Ready? I’m gonna push, I’m gonna clear… Ready? I’m gonna clear… I’m in, push I’m gonna… Ready?!”
He’s yelling it like he’s the SWAT commander, pointing down the hallway like he’s directing traffic in his own brain. One officer actually lowers his rifle because he’s laughing too hard to aim straight. The other one just goes, “Sir… that’s not how any of this works.”

But bro is COMMITTED. He keeps going, mixing in random police lingo he definitely heard on Live PD:
“Suspect in custody! 10-4! Clear the room! I’m the police now!”
The best part? He ends his performance with the drunkest salute ever, drops the White Claw (it explodes like a grenade), slips in the foam, and face-plants right into the wall, leaving a perfect cartoon outline in the drywall.
Cops finally grab him, still giggling, and one says:
“Buddy, you just Mirandized yourself into a sobriety test. Congratulations.”
He spent the night in the drunk tank, woke up hungover, saw the bodycam footage, and reportedly said, “Delete that or I’ll read my rights again.” They did not delete it. It’s now the precinct’s new training video titled “What Not To Do When You’re Wasted.”
Moral of the story: If you’re gonna drunk-flex on the police, at least learn the script first 😂
