😳 DRUNKEN COP BUSTED BY HIS OWN BODY CAM. “Hey man…” 🤦‍♂️🚔

July 8, 2022, sunny Florida suburb, 1:13 p.m.
A citizen calls 911: “There’s a patrol car swerving all over the road, almost hit three mailboxes.” Dispatcher thinks it’s a joke… until they ping the unit and realize it’s one of their own officers.
Backup rolls up quietly, no lights, no sirens. Bodycam catches the most awkward traffic stop in history: two sergeants walk up to their own patrol Tahoe and find Officer Party-Time half-hanging out the driver window, sunglasses crooked, reeking of fireball whiskey at lunchtime.

Sergeant: “Hey man… step out of the car.”
Drunk Cop (slurring hard): “Hey man… I’m good, bro. Just… taking a little break.”
Sergeant: “You’re drunk on duty. Keys. Now.”
The bodycam is pure cringe comedy:
He tries to do the “I’m fine” walk and immediately hugs a palm tree.

Tries the one-leg stand and counts “one, two, eleven, purple.”
Breathalyzer? .24 — three times the legal limit. At 1 p.m. On a Tuesday.
Best/worst part: his own bodycam was running the whole time because he forgot to turn it off after his last call. So the entire meltdown (including him crying “I save lives, man!” while being cuffed by his own coworkers) is now public record forever.

He got walked to the back of a different cruiser while neighbors filmed from their ring doorbells like it was the season finale of Cops. The sergeant who cuffed him actually says on camera, “Brother, you just ended your own career in 4K.”
Department fired him the same day, charged him with DUI and a handful of other things. He later tried to say someone spiked his Gatorade. Nobody bought it.

The bodycam dropped online and instantly went mega-viral: remixed with sad violin, Curb Your Enthusiasm music, even a slow-motion “hey man” that’s now a TikTok sound with 11 million uses.

Moral of the story: if you’re gonna drink on the job, at least remember to hit the “end recording” button first.
